Redundant test-case entry C1D_PAPA

The configuration C1D_PAPA is described in the NEMO user guide both as a reference configuration and as a test case.

The C1D_PAPA entry in the test-case section of the NEMO user guide has become redundant and therefore it is suggested to remove it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
