Review/update DIA chapter

Proposed chapter "Output and Diagnostics" updates:

• Addition of a section on multiple linear regression (DIAMLR), incl. tidal harmonic analysis;
• Revision of the subsection on the dia25h detiding option, and the extension of this subsection to cover the alternative diadetide option.
