GLS: Top limit condition on TKE is duplicated for cavities

Reference configuration/test case (chosen or used as template): ORCA025 configuration

The top limit condition on TKE is duplicated for cavities in GLS routine.

When the good implementation has been commited (https://forge.ipsl.jussieu.fr/nemo/changeset/14967), the previous implementation has not been remonved.

2 updates are done:

the new one in the bloc "SELECT CASE ( nn_bc_surf )",

and the previous one in the bloc " SELECT CASE ( nn_bc_bot )",

Remove the previous one
