Bug in Vertical Diffusion of Passive Tracer in TOP

The time step used in the vertical diffusion scheme is the one for active tracers which is not appropriate for passive tracers in case of Euler forward temporal scheme. Solution : pass the time step as an argument in trazdf.F90 as previously done.
