Synchronisation of SETTE test directories

Context

The synchronisation of SETTE test directories with the EXPREF contents of the respective reference or test-case configuration is not carried out when requested with SETTE command-line option -s.

Analysis

The synchronisation of the EXP00 directory of SETTE configurations, which serves as a template for the specific test configurations, is carried out as expected. However, updates made in the EXP00 directory are not propagated to pre-existing test configuration directories due to the use of command-line option -n in the copy instruction included in script sette/prepare_exe_dir.sh.

Fix

The copy operation used to create the actual test directories from an EXP00 template could be adjusted to enable the synchronisation of previously created test directories with the respective reference or test-case configurations.
