Developements for snow coupling in SI3

Context

In the current version of SI3, snow is deeply embedded in the SI3 code, which complicates the coupling with other snow models (e.g: ISBA-ES / CROCUS).

We propose to create a snow routine that will compute the thermodynamics of the snow separately from sea-ice thermodynamic routines. This will ease the coupling of SI3 with snow models.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
