Add rotational testing in SETTE

Context

Check rotational symmetry in SETTE.

Proposal

Based on VORTEX configuration, check WITH/WITHOUT nesting the reproducibility of results for successive 90° turns of the domain and initial state. Depending on the grouping of some operations, this should give exactly the same answer (at machine precision). With nesting, it is expected that operations made in the AGRIF library are not exactly reproducible. We can still achieve roundoff errors, hence validate the implementation at a very low tolerance value.
