GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

ICB: rebuild trajectory simplification and speedup

The rebuild process of the icb trajectory can be quite long (20 minutes for my eORCA025).

This tools can be simplified using xarray and pandas.

By doing this, I divided by 2 the number of lines and speedup by 4 the tool (5.5 minutes for the same eORCA025 trajectory output)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
