SETTE evolution: PHYOPTS test report

Development description

The SETTE PHYOPTS test is currently carried out routinely in default SETTE runs; the corresponding test outcome, however, is not included in reports generated by script sette/sette_rpt.sh. This development aims at adding routine reporting of the PHYOPTS test outcome to the sette/sette_rpt.sh script.

Code implementation

Attempted PHYOPTS test runs are currently indicated by the presence of output subdirectories with the prefix EXP- in the SETTE results archive; these directories, following the completion of the corresponding test run, can be expected to contain a copy of the run's ocean.output file. Therefore, a copy of function runtest defined in sette/sette_rpt.sh could be modified straightforwardly to produce a list of the outcomes (success or failure) of the PHYOPTS test runs associated with the analysed SETTE run.

Documentation updates

The SETTE section of the NEMO user guide will be updated to describe PHYOPTS test reports via a specific issue for project nemo/doc/guide.
