Change unit of the calving rate

Context

Unit of the calving rate is in km3 of ice / y. This is really not convenient as its conversion in kg/s depends of the iceberg density set in the namelist.

Proposal

Change it to kg/s. We are not used of kg/s in glaciology, we use more Gt/y but to keep in SI, I suggest kg/s. The documentation will need to be updated.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
