Default namelist_cgf for DOMAINcfg cause execution errors.

Please provide informations on how to reproduce the bug:

Analysis

The merge request !247 (merged) introduced a bug (the namelist parameters rn_shlat and ln_vorlat in the wrong namelist namclo) in the namelist_cfg template. This, if not changed buy the user, causes error during the execution of DOMAINcfg tool.

In addition, the MEs coordinate was set as standard, with the setting from a regional model of the UK Met Office.

Fix

Remove the wrong namelist parameters and set as stanard the settings of eORCA-025 with zps.
