New SETTE input files for 5.0.0 and related updates to sette scripts

The set of tarballs for SETTE inputs need to be prepared for v5.0, made available on the sette_inputs site (done) and the sette cfg files and fetch script updated accordingly. Mostly, this is just a renaming of existing directories/tarballs but there are some key differences:

  • ORCA2_ICE includes additions to domcfg to reactivate correct strait alterations and slip conditions that have been missing.
  • ORCA2_ICE CORE forcing fields have been restored to their full normal year length to facilitate multi-year testing beyond SETTE
  • C1D_PAPA has been replaced with a more generic C1D containing alternative stations
  • AMM12 now contains the amm12_restart_oce_rk3.nc dataset expected when running SETTE with key_RK3 (the default)

The new tarballs are labelled as v5.0.0 and are expected to remain relevant for point releases until further notice. The provision of LITE versions (reduced precision) of the inputs has been discontinued (subject to review)
