GEOMETRIC and OSMOSIS SETTE testing

Context

The GEOMETRIC eddy-induced velocity parameterisation has been made compatible with RK3 time stepping (#501 (closed)) and the OSMOSIS vertical-mixing parameterisation is being updated (#281), both in preparation for the NEMO version 5.0 release. Neither of these two schemes has been activated in a reference configuration or a centrally maintained test case yet, and they remain untested in the standard SETTE testing procedure.

Proposal

It is proposed to enable both the GEOMETRIC and OSMOSIS parameterisations in a variant of the GYRE_PISCES SETTE configuration, GYRE_GO, in order to activate these two parameterisations in SETTE testing, both for NEMO version 5.0 and NEMO main. In addition to the activation of the GEOMETRIC and OSMOSIS parameterisations, three further alterations of the GYRE_PISCES default settings are proposed: the use of temporally and spatially varying instead of constant vertical scale factors (key_qco instead of key_linssh), the use of a higher vertical resolution, and the deactivation of passive-tracer transport (key_top) and the PISCES biogeochemistry model.
