Vertical velocity masking at the border of agrif zooms (cosmetic) is at the wrong location

There's a masking of the vertical velocity at the first ghost points of Agrif zooms. This is just for avoiding outputing an artefact along the outer (masked) cells of the child grid. As it is, masking should extend an extra row/line in the domain interior.
