Update Momentum Trends to Work with Split Explicit Timestepping

A fix for the 3D Momentum Trends. These have not functioned when using the split explicit timestepping since the introduction of NEMO v4. D. Storkey created fixes at NEMO v4.0.4. This merge request represents a porting of these v4.0.4 fixes for use with NEMO v4.2.
