Resolve "missing Chl file and namelist parameters for C1D PAPA station"

Closes #595 (closed)

• cn_dir variables have been updated to reflect changes in SETTE input files organisation (1 directory per experience)
• PAPA: chl data added and read + 5-bands traqsr scheme activated
• BATS: file_def_nemo.xml was missing
• bugfix in p4zopt.F90 to use cn_dir with iom_open
• SETTE scripts update to adapt C1D src dir/cpp keys/timestep numbers to the different experiments
• misc: ignore custom SETTE param* files
