Migrate some material on Configurations from NEMO book to User guide

As part of NEMO Documentation update: C!D, GYRE and AMM info will be migrated from the NEMO book to the User Guide.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
