Revision of chapter DIA - XIOS parts

A quick tidy up of the XIOS parts in chap_DIA. The information intros section is useful and not easily reproduced in the user-guide, so this review is just to update and correct a few language errors/ambiguities. Longer term, this section may be relocated to the user-guide if a good translation of tables is found.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
