Resolve "Edit author list and zenodo link"

@smueller Hi Simon, despite my best efforts, I am unable to get the logos on the first page with the new co-author list and the sentence explaining that the additional co-authors are on the next page. I see that you have some ideas and suggestions. Would you like to take a crack at it and let me know when you are finished editing? Go ahead and edit any other things you think need to be changed or updated before the release. This is the final step and I am not familiar with the reference manual layout and templates so I defer to your expertise on changing things like \ver.

Let me know on this chat when you are done and I can merge and finalise the doc.

@smueller Hi Simon, despite my best efforts, I cannot get the logos to fall on the first page if I add the line "additional authors on next page". So for the layout I have to cut this explanation. All authors, new and historic will be listed on Zenodo. I have gone back in time and found all historic authors and will list them all for coherency.
