Enable running AGRIF child grids in parallel

The so called "parallel sisters" option with AGRIF enables running child grids belonging to the same level of refinement in parallel (this is a serial computation otherwise). To do so, different mpp resources are allocated according to the relative sizes of the child grids. To activate this option, define the cpp key key_agrif_psisters at compilation time.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
