Mixed precision developments

Context

Create a mixed precision version of NEMO4.2 (tag) based on ORCA2 configuration.

Analysis

This version has been created using the AutoRPE tool. The generated version has shown capable to produce results statistically indistinguishable from the double precision version for ORCA2 runs up to 30 Years.
