Variable neutral drag coefficients for turbulent momentum and heat exchange between ocean - sea-ice and atmosphere sea-ice calculated from ridge height, distance, floe size and pond fraction based upon CICE implementation of Tsamados et al. (2014), JPO, DOI: 10.1175/JPO-D-13-0215.1.
