minor update of timing report

Minor update of the timing report :

• The main change is the addition of a section dedicated to MPI load balancing, which lists, for each timed routine, the greatest time difference observed between all MPI processes.
• Other modifications are minor :
  • set jpmaxlineto 50
  • add timing of stpctl
  • style cleaning of timing.output
