missing F-folding in DOMAINcfg tool

The F-folding (jperio == 6) is not properly taken into account in DOMAINcfg/src/agrif_user.F90.
We must follow what was done to the T-Folding (jperio == 4)

Note from @smasson : This is yet another reminder of the need to rewrite DOMAINcfg to exclude the use of very old and duplicated routines...
