North fold issue with ICB

During my test to validate the cleaning of the _e arrays of the iceberg code (!273 (merged)), I figured out an issue with the north fold of the ICB module. When I spawn iceberg on every cell of ORCA2, the run failed because icebergs are lost in the halo (default SETTE settings are OK because no ICB are spawn in the Arctic). I think it comes from the passage to nn_hls > 1.
