ice albedo

Albedo on sea ice does not take into account the lids, and the references values should be adjusted with new MOSAIC measurements (see Light et al 2022). In particular, the bare ice looks pretty much constant with a value of 0.64+-0.04, while it is set to 0.60 in SI3
