New iceberg roll over criterium

Context

The current roll over condition is from the empirical criterion of Weeks and Mellor (1978). A theoretical solution of the roll over condition is now available (Eq. 40 of MacAyeal et al. (2003)).

Proposal

Replace the empirical condition of Weeks and Mellor (1978) by the theoretical one from MacAyeal et al. (2003).
