Resolve "Offline transport not working with linssh"

Tomas Lovato requested to merge 75-offline-transport-not-working-with-linssh into main

The use of linear free surface (linssh) with the offline transport module (OFF) is not working as code compilation fails in the 4.2 and following code versions.

Tests: this feature is not covered by any test at the moment, but for internal consistency the available SETTE test for ORCA2_OFF_TRC will be performed.
