Allow an AGRIF zoom to run without a sea ice model even if the parent does have one.

-Added declaration of AGRIF ice variables. Why this is necessary is unclear but it works. Otherwise, it leads to strange out of bounds errors during the AGRIF bdy interpolation of tracers... -Removed ice model call (and related outputs) in the first (Pacific) zoom of AGRIF_DEMO
