rebuild nemo support of 5-D variables

Tomas Lovato requested to merge 43_rebuild_nemo_add_5d_variables into main

As described in #43 (closed) the REBUILD_NEMO tool is not capable to handle 5-D data arrays, e.g. those produced in diaptr for zonal mean metrics over different subbasins.

The tool was modified in this MR to handle also the rebuild of 5D fields.
