GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. Administrators of GitLab can find more information on how to identify and mitigate interruption in our documentation.

Update the manuals to a refreshed version of 'namelists' submodule, based on the code of V4.2.1

In addition:

move tailored versions of NEMO namelists within the local namelist folder
fix a number of wrong parameter references (misused \np latex macro)
add the use of latex macros (\np, \nam) in TOP manual
revise and clean TOP manual namelists references
