Resolve "add a new "debug" (-d) option to `makenemo` and a specific FCM flag to switch more easily in debug mode"

Update SETTE scripts to expect r4.2.0 input files now available from the sette_inputs site (including new AGRIF_DEMO inputs compatible with the previous commit)

Branch dev_2022_sette_updates. Add support for running SETTE on detached HEADS. This occurs when older commits are checked out for testing. A detached HEAD is not associated with a branch but these changes will, at least, recover an appropriate date for the commit being tested rather than referring to the current origin.

Modified sette scripts to use the branch name as the default sub-directory for SETTE records (instead of MAIN). Also corrected a few minor issues and added a -u option to sette.sh, sette_rpt.sh and sette_eval.sh which will avoid asking for user input (at least the looped input that is problematic in CI applications)

Tried to restore correct time order to test directories by prepending date to short hash. Date is a 5-digit number constructed from a 2-digit year and 3-digit year-day
