STATION_ASF no more working

The code in STATION_ASF/MY_SRC is outdated and does not compile.
Should we update or remove STATION_ASF?

Laurent Brodeau wrote a detailed README about this testcase here.
Basically, it is a C1D version using SAS which can be useful for surface params developments (oce/ice bulks, warm layers, ...). But a lot of routines need to be updated in MY_SRC to work with Nemo 5, so I wonder if it would be more simple to start directly from the C1D and to create again from scratch ?

STATION_ASF has been merge into the C1D configuration using 2 new experiments (EXP_SASOCE and EXP_SASICE), see #355 (closed) and !557 (merged).
